First-purchase guarantee

If you are a new customer and you cancel within thirty days of your first invoice, we refund the full amount to the original payment method. No questions asked. Email hello@webhost24.in or message us on WhatsApp to start the refund.

After thirty days

For cancellations after the first thirty days, we prorate the unused full months of the subscription and refund that portion. Setup fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect on the next renewal date and are not refunded for the current cycle. We do not charge a downgrade fee.
