Yes. We handle the full migration. We set up the new container, move your database and files, configure DNS, and install a fresh Let's Encrypt certificate. Most migrations finish in under a day.

99.9% monthly uptime on container + dedicated plans. S3 storage carries a 99.9% SLA per the published plan spec. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp.

30 days from your first invoice. Full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days we prorate the unused full months of the subscription. Setup fees (if any) are non-refundable.

UPI, netbanking, debit + credit cards. All invoices are issued in Indian rupees. The currency in the published plan pages is the contract price.

Apps T1-T10 are self-managed. You run the app inside the container. We keep the underlying platform healthy. Windows RDP W1-W4 and Linux Dedicated L1-L4 are fully managed. We handle licensing, administration, and monitoring.

Yes. Apps T1-T10 ship with full shell access to the container. Linux Dedicated L1-L4 ship with full root. Windows RDP W1-W4 ship with full RDP. S3 storage is API-only (no shell).

Yes. The Managed support add-on (₹500/mo) upgrades any Apps plan to fully managed. We admin the container, monitor the health, and replace failed deployments.

INR. The published prices on the plan pages are the contract price. We do not bill in USD; foreign customers see the INR equivalent on their credit card statement at the current FX rate.

Email hello@webhost24.in. We hand over a full database dump and an object-storage tarball in your preferred format. After export we sign a data-destruction certificate.

We email your billing contact at least 30 days before any change takes effect. Big changes also get a dashboard banner and a blog post.

Yes, on a Linux Dedicated instance. Kubernetes itself is free. The cluster infrastructure is not. A small dev cluster (1 control plane and 2 workers) costs roughly as much as a mid-tier Linux Dedicated plan. A production cluster is priced per workload. See /pricing for current plan options.

Yes. The @astrojs/node standalone adapter includes a reverse-proxy layer. For multi-instance workloads we add a load balancer for ₹2,000 / month. SSL is included.

The customer dashboard shows per-app uptime, memory, and CPU graphs. We run health-check pings every 30 seconds and store 1-minute resolution metrics. You get WhatsApp and email alerts when the 99% threshold is breached.

Yes. S3 Standard comes with a built-in CDN at no extra cost. We cache static and dynamic content at our India edge nodes. Egress to the public Internet is not billed.

Yes. Site-to-site WireGuard + IPsec between the customer's office and the Palitana data center. ₹1,500 / month per tunnel. Always-on, no per-byte billing.
